The Executive Assistant will liaise between upper level leadership, customers and other departments within the organization to contribute to the efficiency of the business and facilitate the C-Suite’s ability to effectively lead the company.

We're on the hunt for an experienced Lead Program Coordinator for our Momentum Program. This role is tailored for someone who's a natural at overseeing programs, particularly within the music and mentorship sector.
As the Lead Program Coordinator, you'll be the lifeline for our aspiring composers. You'll lend them a hand with their queries, steer them through the program, and ensure their journey with us is a gratifying one. Your interactions with our students and faculty will be carried out through emails, instant messaging, and Zoom calls, making sure no concern goes unaddressed.
However, your duties won't stop there. On the odd occasion that an issue pops up, you'll be right there to resolve it, ensuring our program continues running smoothly. On this adventure, you'll not only master program management and scheduling, but also get a glimpse into sales and marketing, and finesse your communication skills.
